About

For Rita Rispoli, it’s a joy to assist clients in accomplishing the goals they set for themselves — in learning and in life. She provides individual remediation sessions to clients (ages five through adult) for academic problems and learning-related employment issues. She also provides testing for clients who have learning difficulties and learning disabilities, with the goal of greater clarity in treatment and educational planning. Her assessment reports have been accepted by supportive service departments at universities and colleges throughout the country, including the CSU system and Stanford University. Dr. Rispoli offers innovative solutions to individuals, educational institutions, businesses and human resource departments.

Committed to community involvement, Dr. Rispoli has served the following: Monterey County chapter of Student Advisors for Education (SAFE); Community Partnership for Youth (CPY); Central California Branch of the International Dyslexia Association; Monterey County Chapter of Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD). She has also supervised interns in the educational therapy certificate program at UC Santa Cruz.

Dr. Rispoli brings to her work a unique blend of compassionate experience, psychological insight, and practical strategies for dealing with the challenge of learning differences.
